Old Country Buffet is owned by Buffets, Inc. which manages over 600 different restaurants in 39 states. There are six different restaurant names that operate under the Buffets, Inc. umbrella. They are obviously Old Country Buffet, Hometown Buffet, Ryan's, Granny's Buffet,Fire Mountain and Country Buffet.
Each of these buffet restaurants focuses on providing their customers an assortment of entrées to choose from. In the past one of their advertising campaigns focused on the fact that why should you have to choose from just one entrée item when you can have them all. It does take the pressure off those who have trouble deciding on what they want to eat. On top of their lunch and dinner entrée selections they also provide a delicious dessert buffet that will satisfy even the sweetest sweet tooth.
Old Country Buffet just announced that they have changed the name of their customer loyalty program from the eClub to the Crave Connection!
